VBK is on the search of an experienced floor assistant to based at Musina, Limpopo province, South Africa.

In order to be a floor assistant in the store there are so skills that a particular candidate must have, like good communication skill, which is one of the most important skill because it will makes it easier for candidate to communicate with the customers, co-workers and the whole team.  Individuality is not bad in some working environment, however in an environment like store, team work makes things flow effectively and makes the worker hit their target, thus candidate must have team work skill and also able to solve problems because working with customers needs someone who is quack and have problem solving skill to help customers. The candidate should also have skill when to comes to attention to details to make and take good decision and being accurate when it comes to what customer needs.

The candidate will be responsible of different tasks including taking products form the store room and also be accountable that the same products are being placed at the right place and also marking them according to the store standard and as requested.
