Redpath South Africa Pty Limited is looking for qualified SHEQT Administrator . The successful candidate will be based at Mogalakwena Mine , Limpopo Province, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all data is logged on the existing safety management systems and that actions are correctly assigned
• Ensure that the Passport 360 is always compliant
• Collate Site man-hours worked for the company and construction contractors consistently
• Ensure all documentation is completed, signed off and corrective actions have been taken where applicable
• Fulfill all departmental administrative functions
• Ensure that all Health and safety reporting to DMR is submitted within the communicated reporting periods as assigned by the SHEQT Coordinator or Chief safety officer
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on all Health and Safety related issues when requested by the SHEQT Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Administration or clerical related qualification
• Valid Driver’s license
• Medically fit for underground

Skill and Competencies

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the mining environment
• Knowledge of passport 360
• Computer literacy
• Good understanding of SHEQT management packages and legal knowledge
• Sound knowledge of administration processes
