Motus is looking for the services of hard working and energetic experienced sales to be based at Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa. If you are an experienced salesman who enjoy working in a retail industry and also love to work with people this opportunity might be yours. The candidate will me involves in the sale and also maintain the company quality services by making customer shopping experience remarkable while meeting the company targets.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the similar role and the minimum qualification is matric. The candidate must have communication skills and also negotiations skills which is one of the best skills when it comes to salesman. The candidate must have ability to work alone or ability to work as a team and should be sales driven.
The background in the automotive sales is desired and proven leadership and proven track record are desirable. The candidate must have knowledge of automotive parts in a way that will be able to execute duties without supervision and the candidate must not have been arrested before.
The candidate will be responsible for many tasks but not limited to. The candidate will be the company face when it comes to sales and will be delivering quality services to the customers and also strategies to optimizes sales to meet the stores target set by manager while still maintaining the brand integrity. The candidate will also be accountable for planning and reporting and analyses the customer sales performance.
The qualified candidate will also be involves in the processes of making quotation, and service information and they candidate must be will to receive cold calls when it is necessary.
