ARTISAN LEARNERSHIPs (REF: IVP-HRD-2410)
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
·Grade 12
· Applicants are required to have a grade 12 certificate with Maths and Physical Science passed on a minimum Grade of 60% and with N2 qualification in engineering study.
The Programme will cover qualification/ speciality of any technical/ non- technical applicable to the positions relevant to Ivanplats Mine within the following departments.
· Diesel Mechanic
· Electrician
· Boilermaker
Duration and Conditions
·The successful application, candidates will be enrolled in a learnership programme for a period of 3 years or upon receiving of Trade qualifications (whichever comes first).
· Candidates must be prepared to work underground and on surface, in all mining operations for Mining related qualifications.
· Must pass the relevant medical fitness examination.
The following must be attached to all applications
· certified copies of qualifications, academic records
· Letter from the tribal Authority/ward councillor where you reside confirming your residence.
· SA Identity document.
