JOB DESCRIPTION
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
- Certificate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Registered with PSIRA (Grade C).
- 6 months practical Time and Attendance experience.
- Advantageous: 6 months practical general administrative experience.
DUTIES
- To capture time and attendance data accurately and timeously using electronic system(s) to ensure data availability. To enable line management to manage employees work attendance and make informed decisions. To facilitate the shift clearance procedure.
- Accurate and timeous capturing of data that needs to be processed, e.g., contractor access and issuing of cards. Reporting of access management records.
- Perform general administrative duties as required. Ensure availability of relevant forms and documents. Filling and records management and produce documents when requested.
