Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Cleaning designated areas
- Monitoring and maintaining cleaning material inventory
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Refilling supplies such as tissues and etc
- Do general admin work
- Taking out trash in office areas
- Providing refreshments for management and visitors
- Reports damage, repairs and replacement encountered during working
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Preforming duties like copying, scanning ,stapling and others
- Tidying office areas
- Assist in production when needed
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Entry Level
- Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills
- Organizing skills
