Job Description
As a Claim Administrator , you will be accountable for different tasks , including the following:
- Capturing claims
- Failing of claims
- Informing clients about unclear , incomplete invoices
- Answering phones
- Resolving claims issue
- Doing follow up on clients regarding enquires
- Call logs and reports
- Complying with claim procedures and protocols
- Performing documentation
- Recommending process improvement
- Doing other duties assigned daily
Qualification
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: 2 years of working experience within a hospital, medical aid or insurance environment
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills
- Organizing skills
- Computer skills
- Critical thinking
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to do standby
- Driving license
- People skills
- Claims processing experience (advantageous)
- QMed experience would be advantageous
