Hollywoodbets is looking for hard working candidates to fill positions of Mobile Clerks to be based at Musina, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The candidates will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. The candidates will also be understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities

Job Description

Successful candidates will be accountable for the following duties:

• Achieving planned sales targets
• Promote the mobile brand
• Registration of new customer accounts
• Processing and Submitting FICA registration documentations
• Making sure that new customer uses the sign-up bonus to bet when the account is opened
• Assisting customers on how to bet on the mobile application
• Ensuring that the cash up procedure is correct
• Reporting all shortages to management
• Capture clock-in times and submit to Store Manager for sign off, and practice good time management
• Be ready to move between branches as requested
• Doing other related duties as requested

Qualifications

1. Education: Grade 12
2. Experience: Not Applicable
3. Skills and Competencies:

• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Impressive planning skills
• Time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems, Mobile TUV (top-up voucher), and Understands TUV distribution, the functionality of TUV, and related processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong People Management skills and problem-solving skills
