Absa is looking for qualified Branch Service Official to be based at Tzaneen, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The successful candidate will be accountable for bank teller transactions and the candidate will be for making sure that customers are being assisted professionally and nicely.

Job Description
Successful candidate will be accountable for the following duties:
- Responsible for cash and transections
- Checking cash at the teller station
- Requesting the restocking or repatriation of cash when prescribed cash limits are reached
- Responsible for cash receival and dispense
- Draft and other financial instruments over the counter to walk in customers
- Cash cheques processing
- Reporting any suspicious activities to team leader
- Ferering any transections in excess of teller mandate limits to a mandated official
- Responsible for counting cash
- Responsible for reports for audit and management review
- Customer interaction
- Ensure migration of clients with CW transactions less than R4000 and CD of less than R8000 to Digital & Self-help channels and provide the necessary assistance
- Comply with all policy to prevent fraud
- Comply with Absa operation standard
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12,Education and Training Certificate (FETC) and Business, Commerce and Management Studies mandatory
- Experience: Entry Level
