Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assisting customers
- Delivering what matters to the customer within the parameters of the bank’s financial offerings
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 ,National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)
- Experience: 1-2 years previous branch banking experience
- Skills and Competencies:
- Effective communication skills
- Customer oriented skills
- Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cheques and cash handling
- Background of the functions of other departments within the branch
- Understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; foreign exchange; bulk cash and ATMs.
