Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out Contractor Compliance Audit.
- Assist in the on boarding of contractors in the mine.
- Ensure contractors are only allowed on the mine after completion of Safety Induction Training for their employees.
- Attend Monthly Contractors Health & Safety meetings
- Generate monthly reports on contractors’ compliance.
- Compliance and application of Sect 22 and 23 of the Mine Health and Safety Act.
- Always observing health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- COMSOC 1& 2
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literacy – MS Office Packages.
- 1-3 years’ related experience in Administration.
- Preparing necessary reports for external auditors.
- Provide support by coordinating communications between company other stakeholders.
- Minutes taking and filling.
