Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for for the following duties, but limited to:
- Perform data verification and checks to make sure that data are completed accurately
- Checking data anomalies and report them
- Monitoring Health information system to ensure data quality
- Complying to prescribed standard of operation
- Perform data mop up and data back capturing
- Cooperating with IT to optimize data collection
- Helping with training to improve data input quality
- Working with clinic team to improve TB data repot
- Resolving data queries
- Maintain confidentiality
- Doing data reports
- Cooperating with IT to ensure data security
- Update with new tools in data management
- Coming with effective method for data collection
- Working with different department make sure that data reequipments are being met as planned
- Provide data analysis in respect to projects
Qualification
- Education: Grade12, Certification or formal training in monitoring and evaluation, offering a blend of theoretical and practical expertise desirable
- Experience: 1-3 years as an M&E Data Clerk or Data Capturer. Experience with health information systems
- Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills ( verbal and written)
- Ability to handle information
- Organizing skills
- Analyzing skills
- Planning skills
- Computer skills
