Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Induction for new recruits
- Core transportation from drill site to core yard
- Assist in supervising the day-to-day Core Management activities such as Core Recovery,
- Core Sampling, Core Cutting, Density Measurement, Magnetic Susceptibility Measurements, Sample Packing and Sample Dispatch.
- Manage the core yard facility, ensure housekeeping and that the equipment’s and tools are in good working order.
- Adhere to Safety Health Environmental (SHE) protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Drivers Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basics Maths and measuring skills.
- Physically fit to lift core trays and rock samples.
