Protea hotel is looking for experience front desk receptionist to be located at Protea hotel Land Mark, Limpopo Province, South Africa. Protea hotel is one of the hotels in the world and they have been operating for year maintaining good reputation in the industry and also offering best quality services to their clients.
Protea hotel is not only providing accommodation to their clients but offering best quality remarkable living experience which exceed the customer expectations.
The candidate must have skills in order to perform the job effectively . The candidate should have communication skill both speaking and writing to make it easier for customer to get what they want.
The candidate will be responsible of assisting and offloading luggage and also making sure that the clients luggage are also transported from to the desired places or rooms. The candidate will also be accountable to make guests to feel comfortable and make them feel home by explaining and giving the details about the area.
Working at the hotel requires some professionalism since most of the things are confidential and the qualified candidate is expected to making the working environment safe and also should have organizing skills.
The candidate must be fit since offloading and loading, moving customer luggage requires strength and again the candidate must work according to the company standard and maintain the company image to the clients.
It will be the accountability of the candidate to make sure that the guests are being offered whatever they may requested or the guest are fully attended with any compromising the company policies and standard.
