Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Working with supervisor and team leader to meet the planned targets
- Doing inspections on area of accountability
- Managing and planning of tailings materials on site and at the depositing area
- Helping on solving operational problems
- Reporting any operational issues to the supervisor
- Complying with company procedures and Company’s policies
- Complying with safety regulations and rules
- Responsible for extension and pipeline connections
- Responsible for opening and closing valves according to the procedures
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience: Entry Level, Tailings Dam Operation background / experience in the mining or related industry for at least 2 years will be advantageous
- Skills and Competencies:
