Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control movement of material and parts between section and warehouse.
- Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials.
- Arranges and mobilise transfer of materials to meet production schedules
- Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications.
- Regularly communication with the Mine Overseer (MO) or Shift Boss on the status of material within section.
- Link between Mining, Management accounting and procurement
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Proficient at typing
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to details.
- Valid Medical certificate of Fitness
- Good English communication skills [Written and verbal]
- Valid driver’s license.
