Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to FAT and client policies and procedures
- Report unsafe conditions and behaviour-deal with non-compliance
- How to wear correct PPE
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Operate the plant to meet production targets
- Inspect equipment in working area
- Execute planned maintenance tasks
- Do general and processing maintenance
- Select and appoint competent and passionate people
- Train and develop team member
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Candidate must have either a Btech, Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Preferably previous exposure to the environment in Mining
- Plant attendant two years
Skills and Competencies
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Good planning and organising
- Teamwork and observant
- Innovation and Actioned-orientated
- Must be able to understand the relevant Standard Operating Procedures
- Medically fit to work in a mining environment
- Must pass the mine’s criminal screening process
