The candidates will be working shifts and will be carrying different tasks according to the right standard at a working area. The candidates will be working with a diverse team , however he or she should be a team player. The candidates will be responsible for monitoring process , assisting and supporting supervisors to control and making sure that the process operations are running effectively.

Job Description
The candidates will be responsible for many tasks including the following key duties:
- Responding to abnormal activities
- Reporting any issue to supervisor
- Helping team members
- Doing pre-operation inspections on equipment
- Doing fault finding
- Solving problems
- Taking and following instructions given
- Apply open two way communication
- Using communication tools
- Operate mobile equipment
- Doing safety inspections
- Housekeeping
- Complying with the standard to improve saafety
- Attending safety meetings
- Replacing defectives parts
- Helping during breakdowns
- Identifying risks to the process
- Complete data logging and reporting to standard
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 with Maths, Science / N3 with 4 subjects
- Experience: N/A
- Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Medically fit
- Willing to work shifts
- Willing to work overtimes
