Job Description
The purpose of the job is to make sale of cars using proven and standard ways to meet the customers expectations and also make the sales department perform well. The sale executive who are interested in this position must have the ability to deliver quality customer services. The successful candidate must have proven experience in a automotive industry. The candidate will also be responsible for the following duties:
- Making sales and continuing to get new customers
- Ability to understand customers needs and sell cars based on their needs
- Responsible for test drive and also responsible for checking used vehicles
- Sending out offers
- Making follow up to initiate new sales
- Promoting sales in sales events
- Communicating with customers and taking cares of their needs
- Making and finalizing sales
Qualification
- Education: Grade 12, Drivers License and Computer Literate
- Experience: Experience in a car industry is advantageous
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills both (Verbal and Writing)
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Negotiation skills
- Stronger customer oriented
- Leadership and team player skills
- Ability to make contact with customers
