Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Verify internal controls (inventory, claims, returns, shipments) and reconcile financial transactions to minimize risk.
- Ensure branch compliance with VKB policies, legislative requirements, and documentation standards.
- Conduct inventory surveys and address audit findings with action plans to reduce risk.
- Support branch administrative standards through routine inspections and monthly reporting on risks and discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to retail staff, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Purchasers, Audit) to maintain service quality and strong relationships.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including petty cash, bank management, voucher processing, and stock claims.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- 4 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Experience in the agriculture industry will serve as recommendation
- Numerate
- Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS Excel
- Thorough, precise and accurate
