Job Description
As a site administrator at Omnia , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting tasks . Your responsibilities will include:
- The candidate will be responsible for invoice
- Getting delivery documents from drivers daily basis
- Documenting and recording all loads
- Updating invoices and sending the to head office so that the bills can be settled
- Stock counting
- Assisting in buying row material stock
- Making sure that the ordered materials are correct and even the costing is accurate
- Helping with to find the dependable supplies
- Placing orders and make sure the orders are being delivered
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Grade 12, Administrative Certificate or Diploma
- Experience: 1 year in administration, Mining experience will be desirable
- Skills:
- Basic computer skills especially Microsoft Suit
- Strong communication skill both ( Verbal and writing )
- Effective report writing
- Strong ability to deal with numbers
- Detail oriented
