Job Description
As a Stores Clerk at Epiroc South Africa (Pty) Ltd, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Doing clerical
- Performing admin duties to set up storeroom
- Receiving ,packages sales orders and dispatch orders
- Unloading and moving materials in storeroom
- Responsible for transscetion and physical movement of materials
- Updating and recording in the accounting system
- Doing monthly stock takes
- Follow up with suppliers and solve discrepancies
- Responsible for storeroom supplies and organize them
- Checking the accuracy of part number and items received against delivery notes
- Checking damage in the storeroom
- Kit stock to fill orders as per request
- PASTEL entries
- Multi-Level job printing
- WIP
- Responsible for inventory queries
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Entry Level, preferably with some warehouse or stockroom experience.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Background of of basic stock keeping and procedures
- Ability to do tasks assigned
- Computer skills ( Microsoft Suit)
- Client oriented skills
- Time management skills
- Administrative skills
- Ready to work overtime when required
