Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for different related duties including the following:
- Making and plan work list to complete tasks
- Doing jobs related to job cards
- Attending Safety meetings
- Doing basic admin duties
- maintaining equipment standards
- Making maintenance scheduling
- Making sure that tasks are being performed with required standard
- Ensure that safety and standards are being complied with
- Signing off all planned inspection
- Working with supervisor to making sure that maintenance activities are not impacting operations
Qualifications:
- Education: Grade 12, with Mathematics and Physical Science, N2 and above qualification in Mechanical Engineering Studies and Qualified Rigger Trade certificate
- Experience: 2 years and Smelter experience will be beneficial
- Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills ( Verbal and written) English
- Valid driving License
- Section 28 qualification from an accredited MQA training centres
- Will to work standby and overtime
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment procedures
- Will to do Medical Fitness Test
