Clicks group is on the hunt for qualified candidate to fill a position of store manager assistant to be based at Musin, Limpopo, South Africa. If you are passionate about retail and also have enthusiasm to express your ability and skills when it comes to retail, then you might the perfect candidate. The successful candidate will be working along and reporting to the store manager. The candidate aim will be working with the manager to maximize sale and working effetely with effective method in order to meet the store target level while ensuring that the needs of the customers are met.
The candidate will be accountable of optimizing the store sales and will also be involves in all process that goes with expenses and also be responsible stock management. The candidate will also be accountable for admiration and also housekeeping to promote health and safety in the working environment. Since things have change in this world , the qualified candidate will also be responsible for online or virtual merchandising, while maintaining the store brand. Since the candidate will be working with the store general manager, he or she will be showing leadership skills in order to motivate and also uplift worker spirit to work hard as a team to achieve the company objectives. The candidate will be responsible for attending meetings and assist the manager to with all admirative work and all activities that will make customers experience amazing and remarkable. To be qualified the candidate should have grade 12 with Math and English passed with 50% and retail business management qualifications and also finance experience will be desirable. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively (verbally and writing), team leader, trustworthy and should be computer literate and organizing skills. The candidate should be target driven individual in order to help the store to achieve its objectives.
