Pepkor Speciality is on the hunt of a qualified candidate to fill a position of Assistant Manager to be based at a Refinery Store at Polokwane, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The primary accountable for the successful candidate will be support the store manager in daily basis operations in the store. The candidate will be supervising workers and working with customers. The candidate will also be accountable for giving customers remarkable shopping experience, managing stock , contributing in housekeeping and preventing stock loss in the store

Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for different tasks but including the following duties:
- Rendering customer services
- Using tills
- Helping clients with products selection
- Making sure that new stock are on the floor
- Making sure that visual displays are in place
- Assisting the manager daily basis
- Helping with supervising workers to do their duties
- Daily banking
- Managing inventory
- making sure that all store properties are save and accounted for
- understanding daily, weekly and monthly targets sales
- Helping with strategy to reduce stock loss
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: 1-2 years of management experience in similar environment
