Job Description
Working at Tsebo will give the candidate opportunity to grow and the the successful candidate will be responsible for many tasks including the following:
- Complying with work schedule
- Making sure that job cards are at the right place for different position
- Making sure that the work is being done according to the company’s standard and the quality of the service is maintained
- Making sure the workers are dressed properly with the provided uniform and their name tags are placed correctly
- Making sure that the workers are maintaining the company image correctly
- The candidate will be accountable that the right cleaning method are used according to the company’s procedures
- Making sure the company property is safe and at right condition, and recommending service if necessary
- Daily check ups
- Making sure safety and health and hygiene is being maintained
- Making the team motivated and do their work accordingly
- The candidate may assist with other tasks
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12, relevant management or other tertiary qualification
- Experience: 2 years
- Skills:
- Communication skill
- Problem Solving skill
- Computer Literate
- Leadership skills
- Strong detail Oriented
